NTU Canoe Polo 3-on-3 competition is one of the major competitions in the Canoe Polo Community. The competition aims to promote the sport primarily amongst novice players. However, categories are also open to current and experienced players. The event targets approximately 300 people (including players and spectators) and will be held over two weekends.
Objectives
a) To promote canoe polo among novice players
b) For novice players to gain exposure in canoe polo competitions
c) To increase the competition opportunities in the canoe polo community
d) To strengthen relationship ties between the institutions
Details of event
Date: 15th, 16th, 22nd, 23rd, 29th, 30th January 2011 (3 consecutive weekends)
Time: 9am – 9pm
Venue: NTU Sports and Recreation Centre, Swimming Pool
Participants
Students from the following schools:
- Nanyang Technological University (NTU)
- National University of Singapore (NUS)
- Singapore Institute of Management (SIM)
- Temasek Polytechnic (TP)
- Singapore Polytechnic (SP)
- Ngee Ann Polytechnic (NP)
- National University of Singapore High School (NUS High)
